Pnevmatikótita is a self-released audiovisual album conceived as a continuous mixtape, where sound and image unfold as a single uninterrupted experience.
The work brings together five compositions connected through gradual transitions, avoiding traditional track separation and favouring immersion and continuity.
Concept
The album explores spiritual, symbolic and elemental dimensions through an abstract and non-narrative language. Titles reference archetypal concepts drawn from ancient mythologies and metaphysical traditions, acting as structural markers rather than literal meanings.
Pnevmatikótita functions as a single body of work, conceived to be experienced in full rather than in fragments.
Audiovisual format
Visuals were created using video captures of burning plant matter, digitally processed and transformed using VUO software. The imagery emphasises texture, rhythm and organic transformation, mirroring the evolving structure of the music.
Music and visuals are tightly interwoven, forming a unified ambient and meditative experience.
